About Us
Kelly S. Last, DDS
Dr. Kelly Last, a native of Colorado, graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Last strongly believes in the importance of continuing education to the practice of dentistry and attends numerous hours of education annually. Additionally, she is a member of several local and national study clubs and professional organizations, including the ADA, CDA, MDDS, the highly prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy and IAOMT. Dr. Last is excited and honored to provide the highest quality dentistry with a focus on personalized care to the residents of Evergreen. Her commitment to compassion, integrity and precision are the hallmarks of her practice.
Dr. Last has been married to her husband, Rob, since 2008, and they are happily raising their two children, Simon and Olivia, in addition to their fur babies, a goldendoodle and two cats. She loves spending time with her family and of course enjoys all the mountain activities that Colorado has to offer, especially hiking, snowboarding and sailing on Lake Dillon. She is also very passionate about the practice of yoga and the daily practice of meditation (which helps keep her sane). When she's not working to make you smile, she can be found providing free dental services to members of our community who are in need through organizations such as the Dental Lifeline and Donated Dental Services.
Dr. Sabrina Goff DDS
Dr. Goff is excited to join the wonderful team at Elevation Dental! Dr. Sabrina is a native of Colorado and has remained living and working in Colorado for her entire life. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a BA in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. After graduation she took some time off from school to live and ski in the mountains before returning to University of Colorado School of Dentistry and earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery. During her training she also volunteered doing community outreach through the UC Dental School to perform free dental care for adults and children in underserved communities. Dr. Sabrina is a current member of numerous dental organizations including the Colorado Prosthodontic Society, the Metro Denver Dental Society, The Colorado Dental Society, and the American Dental Society. She has continued to expand her dental knowledge through attending a variety of continuing education courses every year. She strives to give each patient the best possible care while also educating patients on their oral health.
When she is not working, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her two beautiful human children (now aged 10 and 4) and her two fur babies (a 14-year-old cattle mix and a 2-year-old blue healer). She loves to enjoy all Colorado has to offer from skiing and hiking to attending sporting events and concerts as well as trying new restaurants

Deb Martinez (Dental Assistant EDDA)
Deb is a native of Colorado, born in Walsenburg. Deb graduated from Colorado College of Medical & Dental Careers, and has been in dentistry since 1985. Deb has one daughter who is her best friend & pride & joy, as well as one fur baby, Cooper. Deb enjoys being outdoors, often camping, fishing & enjoys cooking. Deb takes pride in her role as an assistant, and derives great joy from helping her patients feel comfortable while getting the care they need.
Camryn Green (Dental Assistant)
Previously, Camryn completed her Associates Degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant, and worked alongside a team of orthopedic surgeons helping patients regain their strength. When Camryn met Dr. Last and the team at Elevation Dental, she was given an opportunity to be trained as a dental assistant. She fell in love with the role and is grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team. She has lived in Colorado for two years now with her dog Libee. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.
Jodie Backsmeier (Hygienist)
Jodie was born in Denver, CO but raised in Ft. Wayne, IN. As a kid, her family would visit Colorado during the winter months to go skiing and she always dreamed about returning “home.” After graduating from Indiana University Dental Hygiene Program in Ft. Wayne in 2007, Jodie joined the United States Navy and served on active duty for 6 years as a dental hygienist. She was stationed on the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) and was deployed to the Middle East in 2010. Jodie enjoyed serving her country and is grateful for the opportunity! After serving in the military, Jodie and her husband Adam moved to Colorado in 2015. They now reside in the Applewood neighborhood with their 2 sons, Luke and Matthew. When she’s not working, Jodie enjoys running, skiing, hiking, camping and anything outdoors!
Emily Beauchamp (Hygienist)
Emily has lived in Colorado for over 25 years and after many years of living in the mountains she is currently enjoying city life down in Denver. After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Visual Arts at UNC, she continued her education by completing her degree in Dental Hygiene at CCD. She values her relationships with patients and enjoys taking an individualized approach to one’s needs. Emily is enthusiastic about overall wellness and maintains a progressive outlook as she enjoys learning and continuing education. Spending time with friends and family, mountain biking, painting and traveling are among just a few of her favored hobbies. She is grateful to be part of this team and looks forward to creating long-lasting relationships with her patients and staff at Elevation Dental!
Sherrie Stodghill (Hygienist)
Sherrie has been a proud resident of Evergreen for 27 years and Colorado for 52 years. She earned a BA in Hospitality Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1994. After raising 2 kids with her husband, she returned to school and graduated from CCD’s Dental Hygiene program in 2016. Sherrie is passionate about dental hygiene and believes each patient deserves excellent care, kindness and honesty. She enjoys hiking, camping and time with friends and family.
Carolee Whiting (Practice Administrator)
Carolee completed Dental Assisting school in 2013 and assisted clinically for a dental office in Boulder before moving on to Practice Management and Insurance/Specialty Coordinating. Carolee strives to educate patients about their insurance benefits, and works with precision to ensure claims are submitted with accuracy. Carolee and her husband, Jamie, have great appreciation for living the Mountain Life at 9100 ft and consider themselves very lucky to enjoy observing the abundance of moose and other wildlife around their property. Carolee and Jamie value spending time with their daughter, Teala, their fur babies, entertaining friends and family, and are often found jeeping, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, enjoying colorful Colorado and living life to the fullest.
Mandy Corbin (Front Office Coordinator)
Mandy Was born and raised in Leadville Colorado, 10,152 ft. above sea level and the highest incorporated city in the continental US. She graduated from Metropolitan University with a degree in Hospitality. After working for several years at the Brown Palace, the mountains called her home. She moved to Evergreen in 2017 and loves having to stop while the elk cross the road. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, cooking, skiing, hiking & spending time with her family and fur baby. Mandy feels very fortunate to be part of the staff here at Elevation Dental, she says it feels like family.
